June 28th, 7 pm: Opening with Linda Troeller and Marion Schneider
At the opening you can meet the photographer in person. There will be talks, live music and a toast to Linda Troeller’s 70s birthday.
July 6th: Reading with the German poet Britta Rost
July 7th: Linda Troeller, Dietlind Serafin and Marion Schneider “Homeless”
July 13th, 3 pm: Gallery talk on the topic “Healing Waters and Aloha Spirit”
The gallery conversation between Linda Troeller and Musia Heike Bus is more than a “conversation” – it includes tastings of Hawaiian massage and hula culture. Linda Troeller’s fascinating photographs enter into a dialogue with songs and dances in the Aloha Spirit, introduced by Musia, in a team with Anita Auer and Ancke Kohlschmidt.
July 14th, 3 pm: Book presentation and discussion about the book “Orgasm” with editors Marion Schneider and Linda Troeller, publisher Claudia Gehrke and press aide Sunita Sklut
July 27th: Event with film maker Korina Gutsche about the ocean, water and wales
August 3rd, 3 p.m.: The Art of Liquid Sound and Liquid Images gallery talk with Linda Troeller and Micky Remann
Micky Remann developed Liquid Sound as an auditory experience combining, as the name suggests, sound and water. It took an artist like Linda Troeller to create a corresponding visual language that literally lured people into the “half dreaming, half dancing” state in the Liquid Sound experience.
